Deep Swedish is our most popular massage. Because it is a deep pressure massage for the entire body, it is highly therapeutic, effectively relieving many areas of discomfort, flushing toxins and lactic acid and otherwise turning you into “jello” or “gumby”.... you get the idea. It is the massage of choice among those who receive massage regularly, workout, do yoga, etc.

In other words – if you want a full body, deep pressure massage, deep Swedish is what to ask for. If you have an injury, or a muscle in spasm, etc, deep tissue can be added to any of our massages. Just let us know what’s going on and we’ll be happy to address the issue during your massage.
