This massage combines multiple modalities depending on the clients needs. Swedish massage, deep Swedish, sports, Reiki and/or reflexology may be included in an integrative session for a greater level of therapeutic value. No two integrative sessions are alike. As each client’s individual needs differ, each integrative treatment will meld to the client’s current needs. Our Integrative therapists are well versed in many massage modalities and highly capable of delivering a knock out in round one!

Tip: Just as communication is key in life ~ the same is true in receiving massage therapy. Your therapist may be highly intuitive but they cannot read your mind. Feedback is many times a therapist’s most valuable tool in a given session so do not hesitate to speak up at anytime throughout your massage session. We want you to get the most out of your treatment.
